What people ask before they buy
- How long does the link stay alive?
- For as long as you want it to. A gift you bought on its own never expires and there is nothing to renew — it stays up until you delete it, one click in your dashboard. Gifts published on the Gold or VIP plans stay up while the plan is active; on Platina, and on every individually bought gift, the link is permanent.
- Can anyone else find it?
- Only someone you send the link to. Gift pages are never listed on the site and carry a no-index tag, so they do not turn up in search results. You can also put a PIN on it, and the page asks for that before it opens.
- Where do my photos end up?
- In our storage, used for exactly one thing: showing them on your gift page. They are not sold, published anywhere else, or used to train anything. Delete the gift and the photos go with it.
- Do they need an app or an account?
- Neither. They tap the link and it opens in whatever browser is already on their phone or laptop.
- What if I spot a mistake after sending it?
- Edit it any time — the link never changes, so what you already sent updates in place. Nobody has to be sent a second link, and they will not know.
- What if I change my mind about buying?
- You build the whole gift and see exactly what you are sending before you pay: payment is the last step, and it is what publishes it. Because that hands over finished digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies — you agree to that at checkout. If something goes wrong on our side, write to us and we will sort it out.
